Open Position: Family Life Coordinator
Central Lutheran Church is seeking a passionate and relational leader to serve as our Family Life Coordinator. This role will guide ministry for young couples and families—from engagement through the early years of parenting—helping faith come alive in the home and supporting parents as the primary faith formers of their children.
The Family Life Coordinator will:
Build authentic relationships with young couples and parents.
Create and support opportunities for faith formation in the home.
Provide resources, encouragement, and community for parents navigating marriage and early parenthood.
Partner with our staff team to strengthen Central’s ministry to children, youth, and families.
We’re looking for someone who loves Jesus, loves people, and has a heart for equipping families to grow in faith together.
