The Family Life Coordinator is a full-time role at Central Lutheran that equips parents as the primary faith leaders in their homes, strengthens marriages and families, and provides continuous support through life’s key milestones—from engagement and baptism to the early years of parenting. By fostering Christ-centered teaching, small groups, and milestone events, this role builds lasting connections between young families and the church, ensuring that the promises made at baptism grow into a lifelong foundation of faith.
